X431 1 year updates included
The Launch X431 can read and clear faults, view and record live information, perform actuation tests, and programme and code. Perform 15 special functions as well as many other handy tools and features.
The integrated database gives detailed fault information for most manufacturers and offers in-depth information regarding the fault definition, possible causes and repair information
Special functions include service lamp reset, throttle adaptation, steering angle reset, brake pad replacement, tyre pressure reset, anti-theft matching, ABS bleeding, battery matching, gear learning, injector coding, DPF regeneration, sunroof initialisation, headlamp matching, suspension matching, AT matching, and EGR adaptation.
The unit is dust, shock, and water resistant and has been designed for workshop use, unlike tools that require laptops and many cables, causing accidental damage and a confined work environment.
Intelligent diagnostics
Reading and clearing fault codes has never been simpler with a new feature called intelligent diagnostics. What this means is that with a single click, the diagnostic tool can automatically scan for the vin code of the vehicle. Once it has this, it now knows the make, model, year, ECU information, year, etc. without you having to enter any information manually, which can be time-consuming and sometimes difficult to know which model to select. thus reducing time and ensuring the correct information is selected. Once the quick auto-detection process has been completed, with another single click, you can choose to do a complete fault report on the vehicle, listing all modules and current faults. From this step you can choose to go many routes of more information, live data, testing, coding, or simply save and print the diagnostic report.
